Order Processing Time

  • All non personalised orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
    All personalisation orders are processed and shipped within 5-6 days business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping within India. We are based in Mumbai, and we deliver to most major cities and towns across the country.
  • We are working on expanding our shipping options to more locations, so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and the size of your order.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over 5000 in select areas.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times depend on your location. Orders within Mumbai typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders outside of Mumbai may take 5-7 business days depending on the delivery destination.
  • Please note that delivery times can vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected factors.

Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your stationery items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are securely packed using eco-friendly materials where possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track the status of your shipment through the courier’s website or app.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within India. International shipping will be available in the future, and we will notify our customers when this option becomes available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • While we take extra care in packing your order, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with pictures. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement.


    EXCEPTIONS

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible or the buyer is not responding to calls by the logistics partner, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Papermint is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Papermint. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Papermint , including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by store credits/full refund (only possible in case of non-personalised orders). However , if the shipment remains undelivered or is RTO( Return To Origin) due to incorrect/incomplete address or buyer unavailability, no refund or store credit will be offered. The shipment may be resent to you on payment of the shipment charges including the RTO charges.
