Return and Exchange Policy

At PaperMint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please read our policies carefully to understand how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Refunds

PaperMint has a No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds. However, if the product you receive is defective or damaged, we offer an exchange (subject to the conditions mentioned below).

2. Returns & Exchange

We accept exchanges only in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us: Send us an email at info@thepapermint.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide Proof: Attach clear images of the damaged or defective product(s) to your email. This helps us understand the issue and proceed with the exchange process.
  • Verification: Our team will review the images and verify the condition of the product.
  • Exchange: If the damage or defect is verified, we will process the exchange of the item, and we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not possible. However, if you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via email within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate the changes, but please note that once the order is processed or dispatched, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations.

4. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Any requests for exchanges due to customer change of mind will not be entertained.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, PaperMint will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. Please note that the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defects or damages will be borne by us.
