We try to provide as accurate and exact pictures of our products on our website, however due to limitations at a few places we may have to use product mock-ups & the look/colour/shade of the actual products may very from the picture shown on the website.

If the product is damaged, tampered with or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, or of there is a disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

9. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order for a return or replacement.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item and notify you for the same
For personalised orders, if you have sent in the wrong spelling or want any changes, please email us or whatsapp us in the next two hours of placing the order. Once the order is in process and printed, no changes can be made.
We do not provide exchange, however replacement of damaged products will be done.

10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In case of cancellation, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used.
